Biography

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Appeared in 16 games (three starts) as a rookie in 2023.
  • Started his first career game at right guard against the Raiders (10/30/23).
  • Joined the Lions after being selected in the fifth round (152nd overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft out of William & Mary.
  • Is the second Lion to be drafted out of William & Mary since 1970, and the first since 1976.
  • Became the highest-selected player from William & Mary since 2013, and the highest-drafted offensive player out of the program since 1992.

COLLEGE

  • Played five seasons (2018-22) at William & Mary, starting in every game of his career (46), the fourth-most in program history.
  • 2022: Started in all 13 games, where he didn't allow any sacks and helped the team rank third in the FCS with 265.8 rushing yards per game.

    • Earned the third-best PFF run-blocking grade (89.2) among FCS tackles.
  • 2021: Started in all 10 games, serving as a key member of the offensive line that led the CAA and ranked 16th nationally with 205.5 rushing yards per game. He also assisted the team to tie for the league's most rushing touchdowns (19).

PERSONAL

  • Prepped at Mount Lebanon (Pittsburgh, Pa.) High School, where he was selected as First-Team All-Conference and earned the Mount Lebanon High School Mr. Football Award in 2017. He also won the Christian Athlete of the Year Award in 2016.
