Lions CB Marcus Cooper Sr. played for the Cardinals during the 2016 season and contributed 69 tackles (63 solo), four interceptions and 11 pass defenses for Arizona. His season was highlighted by a 60-yard interception return for a touchdown in Week 2, which earned him NFC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Cardinals Linebackers Coach Larry Foote is a native of Detroit, Mich. and attended Pershing High School, just 10 minutes from Ford Field. He went on to play inebacker for Michigan and joined the Lions in 2009, leading the team with 99 tackles.
