Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed LB Jason Cabinda to the active roster from the practice squad. Additional contract terms were not disclosed.
In addition, the Lions announced that they have signed free agent WR Victor Bolden to the practice squad.
Cabinda joined the Lions' practice squad at the start of the 2019 regular season. He spent the previous season with the Oakland Raiders, where he appeared in 10 games (three starts), recording 21 tackles (14 solo) and one quarterback hit. He originally entered the NFL with the Raiders in 2018 as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Penn State.
Bolden joins the team after spending time with the Buffalo Bills (2018) and San Francisco 49ers (2017-18). In his career, he has appeared in 15 games as a receiver and return specialist. He entered the League with the 49ers in 2017 as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Oregon State.
