Allen Park, Mich.— The Detroit Lions announced today that they have agreed to terms with free agent LBs Elijah Lee and Reggie Ragland. Additional contract terms were not disclosed.
After being selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the seventh round (232nd overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft out of Kansas State, Lee spent three seasons (2017-19) with the San Francisco 49ers. He has appeared in 38 career games (six starts) and has produced 67 tackles (53 solo), 1.0 sack and one forced fumble.
Ragland comes to Detroit after spending three seasons (2017-19) with the Kansas City Chiefs. Originally selected by the Buffalo Bills in the second round (41st overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Alabama, Ragland has career totals of 42 games played (32 starts), 159 tackles (100 solo), 2.5 sacks and one interception.
