The NFL awarded 32 compensatory picks to 15 clubs a couple weeks back – the Lions were not among those awarded picks – and the coin toss to settle the order of the No. 9 and No. 10 picks between San Francisco and Oakland was settled at the NFL Scouting Combine last week.
That means the order for April's NFL Draft is now set.
Lions general manager Bob Quinn will have six picks at his disposal this year, three fewer than last year and four fewer than the 10 he had in 2015. The Lions are without a sixth-round selection due to their trade with the Los Angeles Rams to acquire Greg Robinson before the season.
The draft will be held April 26-28 in Dallas.
Here are Detroit' six draft picks:
Round 1, Pick 20
Round 2, Pick 19 (51 overall)
Round 3, Pick 18 (82 overall)
Round 4, Pick 17 (117 overall)
Round 5, Pick 16 (153 overall)
Round 7, Pick 19 (237 overall)
