Nickname?
Ragnow: Frank the Tank. I've been going by that for awhile. Otherwise, when I was younger and making a Facebook, I was trying to hide it from my parents because I didn't want them to know. So I wrote my name backwards -- Knarf. That kind of stuck. So a lot of people still call me Knarf, which is a little childish.
Hometown?
Ragnow: Victoria, Minnesota.
If a Lions fan were to come to your hometown, the first place you would take them is ... ?
Ragnow: One of the lakes. There's a lot of lakes up there, and it's beautiful in the summer.
College major?
Ragnow: Sports management.
Favorite TV show?
Ragnow: Grey's Anatomy.
Favorite movie?
Ragnow: That's tough. Saving Private Ryan, maybe. The Blind Side. Remember the Titans.
Favorite emoji?
Ragnow: The one with the smiley face and the hands waving.
Favorite meal?
Ragnow: I like shrimp pasta, like shrimp alfredo.
What would your entrance music be?
Ragnow: I don't know. Come Sail Away by Styx.
Any hidden talents?
Ragnow: I'm pretty good at fishing, I'd like to think at least. Otherwise, not really. I'm a pretty boring guy.
If you weren't playing football, what would you be doing?
Ragnow: Fishing. Trying to be like a guide, a professional angler, or have my own show ... something like that.
If you could have any super power, what would it be?
Ragnow: To be able to snap and go wherever I want -- teleport.
If you could play any other NFL position, what would you play?
Ragnow: Quarterback. I have a good arm.
One person you'd like to meet?
Ragnow: Shaquille O'Neal.
Favorite athlete of all time?
Ragnow: Shaquille O'Neal.
Favorite thing about Detroit so far?
Ragnow: The weather has been really nice. I haven't had a chance to get out that much, but the people have been really nice too.
