Tim Twentyman: Lions play in first Super Bowl

The Lions will play in the franchise's first Super Bowl in February. If they stay healthy, they have the roster, the coaching staff and the continuity to get there. And if they do, Lions fans will completely take over the city of New Orleans.

Dannie Rogers: Lions take long road to Super Bowl

Predicting that the Detroit Lions will play in the Super Bowl is no longer bold, so for mainly entertainment purposes, I predict that Detroit will head down to New Orleans to play in the Super Bowl without being crowned back-to-back NFC north champions.
