The Detroit Lions added to their defensive line with the 28th pick in Thursday's first round by selecting Ohio State defensive tackle Tyleik Williams.
Now the attention turns to Friday's second and third rounds where the Lions currently pick 28th in the second round (60th overall) and 38th in the third round (No. 102).
"The good thing about it is there's still some good players that are worth (it) if I wake up and have that feeling and Dan (Campbell) has a similar feeling. There's a chance but we'll see how it goes," Lions general manager Brad Holmes said of the possibility of moving up and being aggressive in the second and third rounds Friday.
Here's a look at 10 players who could interest the Lions on Day 2 of the draft:
1. EDGE JT Tuimoloau, Ohio State
A big, athletic edge rusher who was a first-team All-Big Ten selection after ranking third in the FBS with 21.5 tackles for loss and was tied for fifth with 12.5 sacks. Could Williams and Tuimoloau team up in Detroit too?
2. IOL Tate Ratledge, Georgia
Ratledge is a self-described 'dirtbag' as a player and that certainly fits what the Detroit Lions are all about upfront along their offensive line. He was a four-year starter for the Bulldogs with 37 starts at right guard.

3. EDGE Nic Scourton, Texas A&M
A thickly built and muscular edge rusher who was an All-SEC performer after racking up 14 tackles for loss and five sacks this past season. Scourton had a 10-sack season playing for Purdue in 2023.
4. WR Jayden Higgins, Iowa State
Higgins has outstanding size at 6-foot-4, 214 pounds and also possesses 4.4 speed. He ranked 10th in the FBS with 87 receptions last season while chipping in 1,183 yards (13.6 avg.) and led the team with nine receiving touchdowns.
5. EDGE Landon Jackson, Arkansas
Jackson has terrific size (6-6, 264) and explosion with a motor that never quits. He led Arkansas with 6.5 sacks last season and was tied for the team lead with 9.5 tackles for loss.
6. S Jonas Sanker, Virginia
A versatile safety who recorded 205 combined tackles as an All-ACC performer the last two seasons. He's long, rangy and plays downhill in the run game, which is a requirement to play in Detroit's defense.
7. IOL Jonah Savaiinaea, Arizona
A huge interior blocker (6-4, 324) with some versatility to his game. He made 13 starts at right guard, 16 at right tackle and five at left tackle. The Lions love that kind of versatility upfront with gameday roster restrictions along the offensive line.
8. EDGE Donovan Ezeiruaku, Boston College
A durable edge rusher who made 36 straight starts for the Eagles. He tied the Boston College single-season record with 16.5 sacks and joined Mathias Kiwanuka as the only players in school history to reach 30 career sacks.
9. S Xavier Watts, Notre Dame
Watts is an ultra-productive safety who combined for 13 interceptions the last two seasons. He recorded 82 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, broke up 10 passes and forced a fumble. He was also a team captain.
10. EDGE Josaiah Stewart, Michigan
Stewart doesn't have elite size, but his production really jumps out with 21.5 tackles for loss and 14.0 sacks the last two years combined for the Wolverines. He's got a terrific first step with great bend and that puts a lot of pressure on opposing tackles.
