Tailgate in a Box Delivery

Boxes filled with all essentials to host an at-home tailgate, a video message from a Lions player, and autograph card from Chris Spielman were delivered to cancer patients at Henry Ford Health Wyandotte Hospital. Lions Legend Scott Conover, Roary, and DLC were in attendance to deliver the packages!

The Detroit Lions hosted Advancing Hope: A Conversation on Cancer Screenings and Prevention. Chris Spielman and Henry Ford Health cancer experts spoke with Lions Loyal Members, Fans, and Henry Ford Health patients about the importance of getting screened for cancer and other steps to take after a diagnosis.

Game On Cancer In Honor Of Cards
45,000 In Honor Of Cards will be distributed to fans to honor their loved ones during a special in-game moment in the 3rd Quarter. Cards can be located throughout Ford Field for fans to pick up and fill out during pregame and the 1st Half. The Lions cheerleaders will be joined on-field for the moment by 22 patients, caregivers, and survivors!
50/50 Raffle presented by Game On Cancer
Help raise money toward cancer research by participating in the Henry Ford Health, Game On Cancer, 50/50 Raffle. It's simple. When you purchase a raffle ticket, you're supporting those impacted by Cancer – as over $1.2 million has been donated to the Game On Cancer initiative since the program began.

Hero Awards
During the game, a Henry Ford Health physician, a clinical caregiver, and a researcher will be recognized on-field to honor their commitment in the fight against cancer.

During the game, the Lions will be donating $200,000 to the Game On Cancer program, which helps cancer patients in financial need.
Pre-Game Fan Tunnels
Prior to the game, Henry Ford Health patients, caregivers, and survivors will participate in the pre-game fan tunnels as Lions players take the field for the game!
